Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, the shipping cost for your particular order can be seen in the shopping cart.

We will aim to ship within 1-5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays), .

For UK mainland deliveries we ship using  Fedex, Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery or Special Delivery (where appropriate - Some services have value and weight limitations).

Returns
You may return a product to us for the following reasons:- 
-  you are exercising your right of cancellation (please note that the law assumes that the goods have not been used and are in pristine condition). 
-  we have sent you the wrong item(s) 

Note: You must inform us within the first 7 days after receiving the goods

You need to contact us and obtain an RMA number before you return any incorrectly supplied/faulty or damaged items. Only when an RMA number is issued, and you have been sent the return address by our Returns Department can you then return the goods to us. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

Warranty
All products unless otherwise stated carry a 12 months limited warranty.
